This tour was absolutely amazing! Mainor, our tour guide, was extremely gracious, knowledgeable, kind and patient. I learned so much about Costa Rican history during our time spent with him. We were able to make as many stops as we needed to take pictures. The promise of seeing animals was fulfilled, and the lunch along the way was homemade, quick, accommodating and DELICIOUS! Brian, the guide in the rain forest made absolutely sure we got the perfect pictures, and Andres, the guide from the coffee and chocolate tour made it the most magical day and both gentlemen are highly educated in their areas of expertise. I highly recommend taking this excursion if you find your self in the area. And please don’t forget to give back to the beautiful community. A fantastic tour….we learned so much about Costa Rican coffee and chocolate and got to sample them both. Highly recommend, well worth the two hours, which included a typical Costa Rican lunch. I’ll add that the breakfast at Simbiosis is also really good. I love their burritos and my wife loves the gallo pinto. PURA VIDA!

Me and three friends enjoyed the coffee/cacao tour. Our guide, Rosbin, had a wealth of knowledge about the history and preparatory techniques in Costa Rica. We enjoyed smelling and tasting the ingredients at their different stages of processing, and the restaurant lunch included in the reservation was perfect Costa Rican fare with different protein options. Overall, and excellent experience with excellent staff!
