About
A beachside soda in Coco where the fish is about as fresh as it gets: reviewers watched fishermen sell the day's catch to the kitchen. The Cazuela de Mariscos seafood plate and the ceviche draw the loudest praise, portions run big, and a whole fried fish stays a genuine deal. It's plain and serviceable, not fancy; order the mint lemonade after the beach.

Wonderful dinner spot right off of the beach in Coco. Fish was extremely fresh, we saw fisherman come with their catch and sell to the workers. Workers were extremely friendly and helpful with the menu. Highly recommend getting the mint lemonade to hydrate after the beach!
The menu had me at Seafood Plate (Cazuela de Mariscos) - it had a whole fried fish, some shrimp, clams, mussels, calamari rings, and octopus. We also had Rice with Shrimp (Arroz con Camarones), Fried Platain with Beef and Mashed Beans, and Shrimp Ceviche. Our group enjoyed everything we ordered and Señor Nelson was also a gem. I recommend stopping by at this restaurant when you’re in the area.
Stopped for a healthy lunch and got the ceviche. So much fish! What a good deal. Good flavor and quick service. Don't overlook these local sodas for good food at a good price.
