This was a nice property with a fully stocked kitchen and all of the essentials we needed. Rooftop patio was a nice addition in the evenings! We were a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed our time here!
Old complex and it shows. Poor directions, no map. Stayed in unit L815, owner just turned on fridge and freezer as both were warm on arrival, no ice. Broken crisper in fridge, stained linens. Also the type of place with a 4 page document outlining every piece of equipment in the premises and how you will be charged if it’s not there (but also if you don’t check and notify them that things are missing prior 🙄). Pablo might benefit from a class in hosting. Poor basic amenities. Would recommend elsewhere given the price point of this and overcharge from VRBO.
We've had the honor of working with Special Places for many years. To pursue a business opportunity, we sadly sold our property in Del Coco. Kenny's team over the years has done an incredible job with guests, maintenance, and communication with us. Special Places' diligence and devotion showed when we did sell, as the property was in better condition than when we bought it. If you're in need of a property manager in the Del Coco area, this is the team you should turn to. We did, and we were so very glad we did!
