About
A little breakfast spot in Coco where people end up eating three days running, and where breakfast shows up at 7pm if that's what you're craving. Servers like Neylin get named, there are real vegetarian options, and the margaritas pack a quiet punch. Ask for the Novia salsa, made with carrots. A touch pricey, but so is everywhere here.

Roxanna and Neylin were fabulous! We had drinks and breakfast and the owner was so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend! We might even come back for lunch or dinner. Burrito and huevos rancheros were delicious!
Came to Taco Rosado and food, atmosphere and service was great. Neylin was our server and she was awesome. Will definitely be back. Big plus my daughter and I are vegetarian and we definitely had options to eat. They served us breakfast at 7pm, which my daughter had been craving. She had breakfast with a mochaccino. I had a Caprese sandwich and classic margarita. Everything was yummy 😋
I’ve been in Coco for 3 days now and I’ve had breakfast at Taco Rosado everyday. Quaint little place with great friendly staff and the food/coffee is on point. It’s a little pricey but as I’m finding out now it’s pricey everywhere here so really no difference. I recommend stopping in for a bite to eat if you’re in the area.
