Toro Blanco Hotel

The architecture is awesome, pool was amazing. The rooms were clean but very outdated. The people were wonderful and while I was a bit disappointed in the rooms itself, each room has a huge deck/balcony and it was really quite comfortable. If you are looking for a W or ultra modern experience, this is not the place for you but if you want to be close to the beach in a safe and cozy spot with an amazing deck and pool, you should stay here. We really appreciated how lovely the staff were.

People reviewed out dated but id say more Costa Rica vibe. Actually very nice once settled in. Property felt safe and secure. Located in the heart of Coco Beach, a easy walk to everything in town. No need for a car rental. Our plane didnt leave till later in the night. They allowed us to leave our baggage in the office while we walked the town. Got back and was able to use there outside facilities to clean up before our journey back home. Would recommend Toro Blonco to my friends.

Nice place for a relaxing stay. Rooms are a little dated but functional. Pool is nice to chill out in with a swim up bar (no actual bar attendant). Safe at night - gates are locked with a security guard. Great location one block from beach and main road. Breakfast is very good - pinto gallo and scrambled eggs made fresh with fruit, bread and pastries as well as coffee and juice.
