This gym is well equipped with several Functional Fitness workouts each day plus a separate area for CrossFit training. Classes are well attended each day, upbeat music, friendly trainers and members. Overall - a great vibe. Love coming here when visiting Coco Beach.

Amazing gym. Went there to do my Muay Thai drills and worked out on TRX. Very friendly guys.

Our preferred place to workout when we are visiting. Great coaches and great environment/community. Drop in and monthly rates are very reasonable.
