Andrea and Nico run this family roadside spot, and travelers keep coming back — one family ate here three times in a single trip. The casados anchor the menu, with the fish versions called the favorite of a whole vacation, alongside Tico breakfasts, a fried chicken sandwich with Thai chili sauce, and a chicken Caesar wrap with hot, fresh potato wedges. No alcohol here; the fresh smoothies and ginger lemonade fill that spot nicely. Portions are big and prices are gentler than central Playa Flamingo.

We were in Costa Rica during December and visited this place 3 times! 2 times for breakfast and once for lunch. Great Tico breakfast choices, great Casado lunch choices and their service is so great and friendly! The kids ordered the Iced tea which was great as well as their natural juice of the day. Great value versus some of the horrendously priced restaurants in Costa Rica. Highly recommend this family run restaurant.

I can honestly say that this little restaurant is a gem! The food was extremely delicious, portion sizes were big, the prices were a lot less than in the center of Playa Flamingo. There wasn't one thing that wasn't good on the menu. Everything was amazing including their fresh smoothies. Thank you Andrea and Nico for making us feel super welcome in your restaurant and in Costa Rica. A special thank you for giving us the option to eat lunch for breakfast! Your warm and genuine atmosphere and generosity is really noticable and we appreciate it a lot. We will see you one day again. All the best from Toronto.

Excellent road side restaurant. The best Chicken Caesar Wrap; Casados are great. Fried Chicken Sandwich with Thai chili sauce is awesome. The french fries are potato wedges and are hot and fresh. No Beer here or alcohol, but the smoothies are cool and refreshing.
