Noisy!! This hotel is right at the intersection of two roads, right against the road. Huge trucks rumble by starting about 6 in the morning. Loud motorbikes go by late into the night. Air conditioners work pretty well but ate noisy too. The rooms are OK, staff is friendly, pool is small and has lots of leaves in it. I would NOT stay here again. Not worth the price, although it is close to the beach. Also, DO NOT eat at the beach bar /restaurant. I ordered sea bass and it was fish but definitely not sea bass. Probably talapia.

this hotel is the epitome of “alright.” we didn’t experience any major issues, but the rooms are well outdated, the bedroom was small, the air conditioner was far less effective if you didn’t keep all the doors shut, and the multi-colored “tips” envelope that accompanies the “rules” sheet located under the tv in the bedroom kinda takes away from the ambiance, as does the tip jar sitting on the concierge desk. the staff was decently professional but nothing to write home about. i didn’t feel like a valued guest at any point, just another guest. and that factor along may have canceled out some negative nuances about the room. also don’t forget to wash your own utensils before you check out or they will charge you a hefty $20!!!

Pros: • Excellent location, very close to important beaches. • Nice, clean, and cozy hotel. • Comfortable and relatively modern bathrooms. • A supermarket right in front of the hotel where you can find absolutely everything. • Clean and comfortable beds. • Large, clean, and very comfortable comforters. • Air conditioning working perfectly. • Food is acceptable; not very varied or outstanding, but it gets the job done. Cons (especially regarding service): • Pool is far too small for the number of guests. • One out of the two nights we stayed, the bathroom had bubbling issues and a small amount of water came out of the toilet. • Customer service is terrible and completely ruins the experience. • The host is, without exaggeration, the worst part of the hotel. She is cold, unprofessional, shows zero empathy, and clearly has no interest in helping guests. It genuinely feels like interacting with her is an inconvenience to her. • There is no warmth, no hospitality, and no willingness to help — everything feels forced and done with a bad attitude. • The waitress shows the same lack of interest: barely speaks, you can hardly hear her, and seems disengaged, almost as if she is half asleep. • The hotel is close to the main road, so you can hear cars, motorcycles, and loud vehicles passing by. • The room did not even have a mini refrigerator, which is a basic amenity nowadays. Overall: Physically, the hotel is fine. It’s not luxurious, but it has a fair price and an excellent location. The real problem is not the facilities — it’s the staff. The constant bad attitude, long faces, and complete lack of customer service skills make the hotel look much worse than it actually is.
