Travelers who have eaten across Italy say this feels like being back — wood-fired pizzas (Margherita, diavola, pepperoni, Hawaiian) cooked to perfection, enormous calzones, and an eggplant Parmesan appetizer one table called absolutely delicious. The pizza maker's pride shows, reviewers say, and the staff share that good mood with the room, sometimes with on-the-house surprises. Desserts hold up too — one group tried every one on the menu, and a dark chocolate finish earned a perfect score. Packed on a Sunday night, and now you know why.

Authentic Italian food right here in Costa Rica. It was amazing! We have been all over Italy and this felt like we were back. Delicious food and great atmosphere, staff were super welcoming. I would eat here every night if we were staying in the area longer. We had the Margherita, diavola, a salad, espresso martini, & glass of sav blanc. We finished our meal with an incredible dark chocolate dessert. Everything was 10/10
Got a Hawaiian pizza to go. Was good, and was enough for two people. Wish I asked them to keep it in the oven a little more for a bit more of that wood oven char.
Dinner was excellent. Ordered the Eggplant Parmesan Appetizer and it was absolutely delicious. Hawaiian, Pepperoni and Camparino Pizzas were cooked to perfection and we tried every dessert on the menu. All were excellent and service was great! Place was packed on a Sunday night. We now know why. Would definitely return on our next trip to Flamingo.
