A gated villa complex a five-minute walk from Playa Penca, with Potrero close by too, that guests describe with the same words: clean, well-maintained, quiet. The pool is big, the tropical gardens are full of birds, and a family of howler monkeys lives in the canopy nearby. Families call it safe for small children, and the mix of long-term and short-term guests gives it a settled, laid-back feel. Restaurants and groceries sit within walking distance.

Nice place, walking distance to the beautiful beach, equipped with all you'll need for your stay, in good conditions and very clean. It also has a nice pool and beautiful surroundings, where you can see birds from the region. You can walk to two different beaches: Potrero and Penca. Also, you can drive to a lot of nearby places, like Las Catalinas, Flamingo, Conchal, etc.
Beautifully designed complex. Super clean and very well maintained. Staff is diligent and friendly. Landscaping is amazing and full of life. A perfect little oasis!
