Manta Ray Sailing

We had an absolutely fantastic experience on this catamaran tour. From the moment we arrived at the dock, the crew was welcoming, efficient, and incredibly attentive—especially when helping older guests get on board comfortably. The service throughout the trip was impeccable, with drinks and snacks flowing the entire time. A special shoutout to MaJo—she’s an absolute rockstar and truly elevated the experience with her energy and attention to detail. At one point, someone in our group wasn’t feeling well (not due to rough waters—it was smooth sailing the whole time), and the crew handled it with care and professionalism. Highly recommend this tour—top-notch experience from start to finish.

We absolutely loved our excursion with Manta Ray, such a wonderful experience with incredible service! From the moment we arrived, the crew— Maria Jose, R, and Nico— made our whole family feel welcome and taken care of. We were a group of 3 adults and 5 kids, and they went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable, safe, and included. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive—especially with the kids. They created such a fun and relaxed atmosphere, and it was clear they genuinely enjoy what they do. The boat was clean, well-maintained, and very spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to enjoy the ride. We paddle-boarded, fished, and swam along. They also prepared us delicious food at the moment, offered delicious drinks, and were constantly looking to help us have the best experience. It truly felt like a special, personalized experience rather than just another tour. We made amazing memories as a family, and we’re so grateful for the care and hospitality we received. If you are coming to this side of Guanacaste, please book a tour with them; it was our best experience so far. Highly recommend it to any families or group of friends visiting the area—you won’t be disappointed!

We had the opportunity to sail on the Grenadine Lady with Joy, Maria Jose and Kaled with my family of 6. We had the absolute best day possible. From the warmth of the crew to the delicious food, drink, and atmosphere, Manta Ray Sailing fulfilled all of our wishes. The meal prepared by MJ and the constantly refreshed drinks were delicious. They were very accomodating to our wish to put out a line to fish, paddle board, snorkel and spend time on a beach. The Honeymoon Beach was empty when we arrived, and our privately guided snorkel by Kaled was informative. A little crab hunting on the beach, and we were ready for a coastal sail home. This excellent day is all thanks to a great crew!
