José, the owner, was an absolutely gracious host and made our stay in the Pacific Coast! He's recommendations are absolutely stellar. He'll be able to tell you where to find the best fruits and beaches in the area. If its your first trip to the Pacific Coast and you're looking for a great host with a vast knowledge of what to do in the area, this is it! The hotel itself is only an 8 min drive from Playa Flamingon or a 30min walk. The rooms a nice mid century modern exposed concrete design and air conditioned. There's a cute balcony in every room where you can hear the birds chirping in the morning and see iguanas walk by. As a guest you also have access to 2 kitchens, one on the ground floor, the other is one the rooftop

We enjoyed our stay here and would likely come back. The property is new so this is feedback for the owner. the design of the space is beautiful, modern and clean; however, the standards of cleanliness were not on par. There was a cobweb in the corner of the shower and a clothing sticker on the floor when we arrived. The cobweb had dust on it, indicating it’s been there for awhile. Also if you have mobility needs the property is not wheelchair accessible; the tile steps have rocks between them, making it also inconvenient to roll your luggage. The property is in a great location, close to the marina and beach via car, but note it is in a newer area and there is construction and development around the property.

Had an amazing two nights here - I couldn’t believe the rate they charged - would have paid twice that for this stay - owners and staff are legends… would definitely go stay again.
