"They treated us like family" appears in these reviews almost word for word, more than once. This is a small family-run place near the beach — good for sunsets — serving homemade food in portions reviewers call huge, at prices they call some of the best around. It was the first meal of one traveler's whole trip and became the standard the rest had to live up to. It's family-scale, so let the service take its time.

Best place to eat in town! If you truly want local and authentic experience, the family is phenomenal. They treated us like family and the service is next level. Portions and prices are amazing!
Their family was so accommodating and so friendly. we loved our meal here. The food was delicious, portions were huge and very affordable. Their location right by the beach is great for sunsets. They treated us like family, will definitely be back!
