Special Places of Costa Rica - Playa Flamingo

I was fortunate enough to celebrate my 40th birthday celebration along with a few other friends at Cada Morada! I can't express enough how amazing our experience was from the top notch service to the stunning villa and views. The team at Special Places of Costa Rica were fantastic, 10/10 👏🏾. Steve was our main point of contact and made our stay flawless. He and his team (Jogevet an Kenny) checked in on us daily and helped with local recommendations and even bookings! The house staff was top notch too. Allen was AMAZING! He always was there to receive us and every morning made use the grouds and pool were perfect. Paula came everyday to make sure the rooms and common areas were kept pristine. We all felt extremely safe and comfortable for the duration of our stay. As for space, we had 11 guests for a 7 day stay and never felt cramped or on top of each other. There was tons of space to hang with the group or have some alone time. TIP: the sunsets are AMAZING from the infinity pool! 😍 I can't say enough about the Special Places crew and the stunning property. I highly recommend booking here! I’ve been with Special Places of Costa Rica since Kenny became owner/manager, and after nearly fifteen years, he and his staff still find ways to impress me. Last month, I handled a special assessment payment from my US bank rather than my SPCR account. Even though it wasn't his job to track a special assessment payment to my HOA, Kenny called me the day before the deadline just to ensure I hadn't forgotten. Who does that? Beyond the finances, they treat my Flamingo Beach home like a masterpiece. When I refurnished several rooms last year from abroad, the communication was flawless—right down to the country of origin for the materials. Kenny even met with me several times during a short visit to ensure every detail met my expectations. They aren’t just Pura Vida; they’re ULTRA PURA VIDA! Five stars for Kenny and his crew ⭐✨💫✨⭐!

We stayed in Coco at the Pacifico Resort condominiums. It was a beautifully maintained resort, the units well decorated and very comfortable with all the amenities, full kitchen, laundry, large bathroom. Several pools, pool bar, beautiful grounds. I must apologize for a previous review which included an incorrect mention that the cleaning charge was $400. That was incorrect as it turns out. I had not made the booking and I misunderstood the rate breakdown from what I was told. Very convenient to town, the beach, restaurants and services. Would definitely book there again.
