The consistent praise here is location: a central Flamingo perch with views to either side and two beaches, plus restaurants and shops close by. Beyond that, reviews are thin and mixed — a couple of guests describe billing and deposit disputes with management — so the honest read is a well-placed condo with great views, best booked through channels with solid payment protection and clear written terms.

Be careful! These are scammers! I have booked an apartment in this condominium with a free cancellation option. A few days after booking, the condo charged me money, even though the booking conditions did not require an advance payment. I later cancelled this booking and received confirmation that the cancellation costs $0. However, I did not receive any refund. I tried to contact the owners, but no one answered. At my request Booking.com Customer support contacted the owners, and they replied that they had already refunded my money, but more than a month had passed and I still hadn't received anything.
We stayed there For five nights Paid $280 a night. And the guy accused us of breaking a toilet seat and a cabinet, non of which we did, And charged us $190 for it. The toilet seat was probably as old as the place, I told him about it on day 2, among other things like the dishwasher didn't work the whole time. We never used or opened the cabinet in the bathroom that he accused us of breaking.
Was a very central place to stay. We enjoyed it. Great views either side...
