Homemade ravioli, a seafood spaghetti one guest called her best in years, and a cheesecake that converted devoted cheesecake fans round out the menu. Tracy's service comes up by name, warm without hovering, and the kitchen has a habit of ending meals with complimentary limoncello. Roadside location, cozy inside.

This Restaurant was such a nice surprise! The food was fantastic—my seafood spaghetti was easily the best I’ve had in years, and the pizzas were delicious, too. The service was wonderfully friendly, with a waitstaff that made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was cozy, even with the bustle of the street nearby. I’d happily recommend it to anyone!
First time in Costa Rica., 3rd time to Top Spritz. My wife and I shared a Mix salad and a pizza along with drinks and wine. We had chocolate gelato before they served us Complimentary Limoncello . Tracy was very welcoming and attentive but not intrusive. She was very professional and made us feel special. The tasty food, exceptional service will keep us coming back again. Probably as good as pizza as we have had in the USA, Canada and Italy. K & L Canada
Great tentative staff and delicious Italian food. Hidden gem along side of main road. Went there twice in the same week! Homemade ravioli and beef tenderloin were fantastic. Our server Tracy was so very friendly. Highly recommended. Buen provecho!
