Terrible service. Of the three service windows, only one is working, and it's constantly being monopolized for priority service.

Terrible, there's no drinking fountain, no screens to view the tokens, the bathroom door key is tied with rubber bands (no privacy), etc.

The worst thing about Costa Rica is this agency. We had an appointment at 8:20 a.m. to renew our licenses, and we'd been in line since 8:00 a.m. But then, at 8:40 a.m., the security officer came out and said we'd lost our place in line. It's unbelievable. You don't even know what to call them, like they're doing us a favor, like they work for free. And on top of everything, they're the only ones who handle this process, and they never have appointments available. They're definitely garbage.
