About
Chosen almost entirely for being close to the ferry, this is a bare-bones, budget place with large but basic rooms. Be clear-eyed about it: recurring reviews mention no hot water, odors, weak wifi, and a gate that closes at night with no re-entry. Fine as a cheap crash before an early boat, not much beyond that.

Aaaaaaaalright. It’s certainly an interesting place to stay. We got in through sheer luck because we caught the 10 pm ferry back from the islands and somehow banging the gate got the attention of the owners. They don’t speak English but Google Translate does exist so fine. The room was even more interesting. Only good thing I have to say was that there’s three big beds which allowed all of us to have a separate bed… what a relief from 3 of us being squished onto a queen bed because of Booking.com system glitches. Beyond that… not much. Rooms were large but creepy, dirty, and cracking. Washroom is not as scary as some reviews say, but it is small. And there was no hot water… beyond freezing. we all ran out after less than a minute. Wi-Fi is borderline unusable. At least it’s semi close to the ferry…
The room was large and beds weren't terrible. The location is close to where we needed to go to the boat. But the room had a terrible sewage smell all night long and we did not receive any blankets. Also the shower and bathroom werent great. For the price of it, we thought it would be a bit better. But not terrible for a quick night stay.
We arrived after dark and it wasn't very welcoming. There was an overwhelming stench of fish, thankfully it wasn't in the room. The room was big and basic, was clean, wifi worked, AC worked but wasn't very strong.
