Wow! Amazingly fresh and delicious food. The place is very simple and unassuming, but I had an amazing salad with salmon. The employees were super friendly and the location right on the water is very relaxing.
Puntarenas is not as popular a destination to foreign tourists as other west coast towns such as Tamarindo, Flamingo... But this nice little restaurant offers far better service than overpricing ones in the other towns. The food is modern fusion with some Peruvian touches and it's delicious. Don't expect the service to be fast as you normally have in the US. This is Costa Rica, it's pura vida a.k.a very laid back; they take your order, then prepare the food, then cook, all fresh and well decorated with a soul. Good selection of cocktails as well. It took us longer than usual for the entire dinner but well worth the evening Highly recommend.
