About
This is an adventure outfitter with two standout runs: white-water rafting the Naranjo and Savegre rivers through jungle-draped canyon walls, and a "10-in-1" zip-line, rappel, and Tarzan-swing tour with plenty of hiking between the adrenaline. Guests single out guides by name — Ulysses among them — as part river-master, part storyteller, safety-first but genuinely fun. The included lunch afterward gets called some of the best food of the whole trip.

We kicked off the day in the best possible way, renting motorcycles and cruising the Pan-American down the coast to Manuel Antonio. By the time we rolled into Amigos del Río for our white-water rafting tour, the adventure vibes were already sky-high. Unforgettable Rafting with Amigos del Río! Our crew of four hit the Naranjo River and had an absolute blast. From the moment we met our guide, Ulysses, we knew the day was about to level up. He’s part river master, part storyteller, and a superb communicator, guiding us through every rapid with total confidence and just the right amount of humor. The Naranjo is stunning: jungle-draped canyon walls, fast-moving currents, and the perfect balance of thrill and control. You feel like heroes out there, but never unsafe. The tour blends fun, adrenaline, and local insight in a way that makes the whole experience unforgettable. Amigos del Río absolutely delivered. Ask for Ulysses. Then hang on and enjoy the ride. 🌊🇨🇷
Had a great time rafting through the white Costa Rican waters. JC, Juan, Luis and Kenneth make a great team that kept us well informed, well prepared and well entertained. The experience of a lifetime! Will be recommending this to anyone who visits Quepos !
What a fun time with our guides today! We did the 10 n 1 zip lining rappelling tour. Wow!! Our team of experts were about safety first and lots of fun too. Also taught us interesting facts about Costa Rica. There is a lot of hiking in between the adrenaline! The lunch after was delicious too
