Bonding Hotel, Coffee Roaster & Smokehouse

We stayed here for four nights, and our stay was absolutely amazing! The accommodation exceeded all our expectations. The place is beautiful, clean, modern, and very cozy. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful—especially Gabriel, the waiter, who even brought us a Costa Rican cake called Tamalasado for breakfast the next day, even though it wasn’t on the menu, simply because we had talked the day before about how curious we were to taste it. The room was always perfectly clean. The hotel is in a great location, everything is close by, and at night it was peaceful—apart from the loud birds 🙂. But the absolute highlight was the cuisine, which we truly enjoyed. Tacos, rice, cocktails—everything was TOP!!! It’s a pity we don’t drink coffee, as they really take pride in it here and it smelled wonderful. We definitely recommend this stay and wish them all the best—this is exactly how hospitality should look! In the end, we didn’t even miss having a fridge or a TV in the room.

Definitely the best specialty coffee I tried in Quepos / Manuel Antonio area. It's was delightful. Fruit bowl was very fresh and full of ripe papaya, pineapple, watermelon, apple. Bagels are great as well. On its own the place is very chill and charming, all walls are painted so beautifully.

We (couple) stayed 3 nights at the Bonding Coffee Roaster Café and Hotel and had a great time. The hotel ist well designed, beds were comfy and the included breakfast was delicious. The available parking came handy too. The crew was super friendly, especially Lucía and Gabriel. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Top rating and highly recommended.
