About
Only five tables, set in what feels like a jungle reserve; diners rave about spotting sloths, toucans, macaws, and monkeys while they eat, sometimes through the owner's telescope. Carlos and his family run it personally, the dogs wander over to say hi, and the food, especially the fish and the breakfasts, is fresh and beautifully plated. A warm, personal Manuel Antonio favorite people return to again and again.

Excellent food, especially all the fish dishes. Very pleasant and relaxing outdoor setting and very warm and helpful staff. My kids loved that the owner's cute dogs were around. We came for twice, for breakfast and dinner, both were great.
The most awesome place ! We walked to this place 3 times in 2 days - dinner , drinks and appetizers and breakfast . We couldn’t believe the forest atmosphere and the wild animals we saw - a sloth , toucans , macaws and an agouti . The service is outstanding and very personal as the owner and his family are serving you and even showing you the wildlife through their telescope . Finally - the food was top notch , very nice presentation , high quality food and very tasty. Cocktails are very good as well and beer comes in a chilled glass :)Everything we had was wonderful and we wouldn’t hesitate to order again. We spent our last morning in Costa Rica there as we felt like we were sitting in a jungle reserve ! Just what we came to Costa Rica for !
A must try if in Quepos/manuel Antonio! Our VRBO was right up the road so we stumbled upon this place but ended up there twice because we loved it so much! Carlos was so much fun to chat with at breakfast (which is delicious) and Charlie is awesome for dinner! We loved meeting the boxer dog and food and ambiance is so great! Only 5 tables and very personalized experience. As you can see - we enjoyed the wildlife that came to visit during our meal
