Great local gym! Well equipped with everything you need, and a lot of things you wouldn't expect for such a cozy gym. Monthly rates are the most reasonable in the area and the hours are great too. Has a water bottle filter and clean bathrooms as well.

Nice old school gym, perfect place to train for a week in Quepos. Enjoyed a protein smoothie from there too

I was visiting and did a Drop-In there. They charged 3500 colones which is totally fine! Everything you need for a good workout you can find and the owner is very friendly! Would absolutely recommend.
