The design leans old-school and genuinely romantic, with magnificent gardens and a pool that guests say is gorgeous lit up at night. Owners and staff get described as warm and attentive — the kind who bring a fan up themselves if a room's AC acts up — and the optional breakfast comes with a great view. It's near walkable Quepos, cheaper than Manuel Antonio, with a bus stop around the corner to the park and beach.

Great location near Quepos which is a lot more walkable and cheaper than Manuel Antonio. Amazing and attentive staff who will make you feel right at home and amazing amenities (pool, optional breakfast with a great view). The whole hotel has a very beautiful old school look to it which I really liked.
This is an exquisitely designed place. The gardens are magnificent. The pool is gorgeous at night. It is truly and deeply romantic. Romantic in the sense of caring deeply and passionately. The owners know how to hold a space for beautiful connected experience of the majesty of this part of the world.
