About
A mangrove tour built around wildlife and doing it right: the 8am start puts you on the canals before other boats, and the guides refuse to bait or handle the animals. With sharp-eyed guides like Jose, Jason and Jeisson, groups spot monkeys, herons and other birds, crocodiles, boas, Fer-de-lance vipers and iguanas. Kayak and boat options both run at the quiet early hour.

We did the mangrove tour and it honestly exceeded our expectations. The duration is just right, giving you plenty of time to explore the canals at a relaxed pace, enjoy the scenery, and really take in the wildlife without feeling rushed. Everything was very well organized and professional from the start. They were punctual, clear with instructions, and the overall quality of the service was excellent. What truly made the experience stand out were the guides. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the tour. On top of that, their knowledge of the mangrove ecosystem was impressive, and they explained everything in an engaging and easy to understand way. Thanks to their experience and sharp eyes, we were able to spot monkeys, several species of birds, and even crocodiles that we definitely would have missed on our own. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and that passion really shows throughout the entire experience. Highly recommended. It is absolutely worth it.
We had a really great time on the mangrove tour, and Jose made it even better. He was very kind and welcoming from the beginning, and he made sure everyone felt comfortable and relaxed. The tour was very well organized and the time felt just right. We could enjoy the peaceful ride through the mangroves and take in the beautiful nature around us. It never felt rushed. Jose shared a lot of interesting information about the mangroves and the animals. He explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. Thanks to him, we saw monkeys, different kinds of birds, and even crocodiles. He was always looking around and pointing things out to us. We also really appreciated how patient and attentive he was with everyone in the group. He made the tour fun and engaging for all ages, and his passion for nature really showed. It felt like we were learning and exploring at the same time, which made the experience even more memorable.
Incredible tour with Jason on the afternoon kayak trip. Jason was very knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna, especially bird and reptile identification. He spotted two Fer-de-lance vipers, two boas, several lizards and iguanas, and many species of birds. Kind, calm, and easy going tour guide, matched the pace of our group. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone in the area, and ask for Jason if you can! He is especially sensitive to treating the wildlife with correct ethics rather than doing anything for extra flair. A lot of respect for the conservation-minded tour.
