⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful stay – exactly as described We stayed at Manuel Antonio Estates, a gated community with 24/7 security, which made us feel very safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Our Airbnb was Casa Macaw Jungle Cabin, and it truly lived up to expectations. The property looked exactly like the photos and was spotless upon arrival. Check-in was seamless since we arrived while the office was open, making the process very easy. One of the highlights of our stay was on the second day when a few white-faced capuchin monkeys stopped by—this was such a special moment and absolutely thrilled the kids. Our host, Julio, was incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. He left us a lovely gift basket with fresh fruit and authentic Costa Rican coffee, which was a very nice personal touch. Comfort is extremely important to me, especially when it comes to beds, and I can confidently say the beds were excellent—very comfortable and high quality. The bedrooms were spacious and well set up, and the living area was great for relaxing as a family. The kitchen was fully equipped with excellent appliances, and all amenities worked perfectly, including the washer and dryer. The drive up to the house is steep, but the hosts have clearly planned for this and provide a free taxi service, which was incredibly helpful since our rental car did not have a strong engine. This made access stress-free. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or outdoor grill, but everything appeared well maintained. Quick summary: • House: Amazing • Bed: Excellent • Bedrooms: Great • Living area: Great • Kitchen & appliances: Excellent Suggestion: Adding opaque curtains in the second bedroom instead of sheer ones would improve privacy and light control. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would absolutely recommend this property. We would happily stay here again!

My recent stay at Manuel Antonio Estates in Quepos was great. First time at Arcadia Villa, the jungle view with wildlife around was great! The villa accomidations were outstanding. Very clean interior. Loved the fruit and coffee upon arrival, nice touch! Met with Julio & the rest of the staff....all very polite. Will most definitely stay again on this property. This is a lovely place to rent a place for a few days or a few weeks. Julio is very helpful before, during and after your stay. The check in and check out process is very easy. This is a gated community, so there is that extra level of security. There are a fair number of places built into the hillside at Manuel Antonio Estates, but once you get to your rental you really don't even notice the other rentals, it feels very private. We enjoyed seeing tucans, scarlet macaws and monkeys from our pool. There are a number of reasonably priced places to eat and several grocery stores nearby, so you can prepare your own meals or dine out. Having your own fully stocked kitchen is very helpful. The marina is very close and offers many fishing, catamaran, sunset and sightseeing tours. This is our second year staying at Manuel Antonio Estates and we are already looking at dates for next year.
