Quepos Cross Training, Crossfit

Super fun experience visiting this CrossFit gym from our California norm! We had to stop in to complete 25.2 open wod (duh) and the coach was so helpful and set up the tape lines etc, and got us through the tough moments when the heat took over haha. Had everything u need to get the job done, will be back for sure!

What an amazing experience, I had a blast working out at Quepos CF, everyone was so nice you could just tell it's a great community. Thanks Coach Guita and everyone for having me.

Best box around. Both owners are bilingual so if your English speaking they will take care of you, worth every cent. Very welcoming, all the other athletes were friendly.
