This is a quiet, family-friendly spot set apart from town — expect a bit of a climb and roughly a 25-minute walk to downtown Quepos. What guests come back to are the two pools, one shallow for kids, plus BBQ areas and a well-equipped shared kitchen for cooking in. Rooms are air-conditioned and the setting is calm; travelers consistently call the price-to-quality ratio a strong point.

If you want secluded and away from town, this is it. There is a convenience store about a 13 minute walk and there is a bit of a climb. From there to town is about 25-30 minutes to downtown. The place is rustic or rundown. Take your pick. There are BBQ available and two swimming pools. One for the kiddies. Which makes it a plus. The room is air conditioned, so be ready for a heat blast when you walk out. The single rooms had a shared kitchen with everything you need to cook/eat.
The place and price is great!
Absolutely fantastic! Great apartments, lovely pool, nice garden. A haven of peace. Very well-equipped kitchen. The hosts were very accommodating and attentive. The BBQ area was a real plus.
