About
The draw is the view: spacious two-bedroom apartments with full kitchens and balconies that look over the town to a glimpse of the beach, with toucans turning up in the mornings. Beds are comfortable and the hot showers work. The honest catch is the access road — steep, unpaved, and rocky enough that guests recommend an SUV, or a five-to-ten-minute walk down the hill. It's close to town and the supermarket, and Michelle keeps things running responsively.

Overall, I do not recommend staying here. We checked out early and found another hotel due to conditions of the road up to the hotel as well as construction noise starting at 7am. The road up to this hotel is very rough- unpaved and rocky, large bumps, very steep. Need SUV with 4WD to do it comfortably. I asked the hotel about the state of the road after reading other reviews and was assured it had been fixed; this is not the case. Yes- steep roads in MA area are common but choose one that is paved! The room itself was a decent size (2 bedroom apartment), functional AC, clean and updated bathroom, beds were just okay. Balcony space was long and skinny, hardly useable. Location is not super close to much.
Stunning views and the rooms are really nice. We also saw two toucans while having our morning tea as well as a few other pretty birds.
It was a clean and nice place to stay. We saw toucans right outside our balcony. There was a nice hot shower and a comfortable bed.
