We stayed at Maria's place in Samara and absolutely loved our stay! Maria was a wonderful host, very good with communication, helped us with recommendations. The place we stayed at was absolutely perfect, with gorgeous views of the ocean. It was clean, with everything we needed, with very comfortable and spacious beds, and a very secure entry (gated community with a security guard). We felt very welcome, loved easy access to the beach, loved having a pool for morning dip or reading a book on the patio, and the sounds of howler monkeys. Definitely recommend booking your stay with Maria!

Horrible experience! For the La Fortuna trip we went to a roadside Sloth Zoo- it’s encaging animals surrounded by ranch land so they cannot escape! This was supposed to be a nature hike to see the jungle- we asked to return after this! All of our experiences like shuttle service and more had the lowest possible quality- Go into Samara Beach in town and book experiences locally- was a massive waste of money and time that we never were refunded even though we cancelled all the additional activities after the horrific Sloth Zoo experience we paid for that day (suspension bridge, hot springs, waterfall).

Incredible experience! A rejuvenating feeling zip lining through the rainforest. We felt very safe and secure in good hands. A nice break in the middle with fresh fruit & water. Highly recommended!!
