About
A hostel with treehouse, immersed-in-nature vibes a five-minute walk from Sámara's beach and town, where mornings come with monkeys and birdsong and the walls carry fun, colorful artwork. What travelers return to is the feeling — warm, easy-going staff and volunteers who make it feel like home, from local tips to remedy tea when you're sick. The value for the price draws steady praise.

Casa Terra is an excellent place to stay in Sámara. The staff is absolutely amazing — warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Fun, colorful artwork. The value for the price is outstanding, and the shared kitchen is very convenient. The property could use a few repairs, but nothing that affected comfort or the overall experience. It’s just a short 5-minute walk to both the beach and downtown, with lots of great restaurants nearby. Five stars for hospitality and location. Thank you!!
Was by far THE BEST hostel I stayed at in CR. Treehouse vibes. Immersed in nature. Close to beaches, nice and cozy. The best part were the staff! I felt so welcomed and right at home. So incredibly friendly and willing to share their local knowledge. 100% recommend to anyone thinking of staying in Samara!!!
A real favorite for Casa Terra! It's a harmonious beauty, in the middle of nature. A peaceful haven where you can feel a gentle, luminous, and revitalizing energy. It's comfortable, clean and perfectly located. There’s a Soda restaurant and a grocery shop just around the corner. Beautiful walk or bike ride to the beach. It’s also perfect for runners! And what makes the experience truly unique are the people who work there. Warm, caring, always ready to offer a smile, a sincere exchange, a moment of sharing. Thank you to them for their genuine presence, which gives such a special soul to this place. I highly recommend it and I’ll definitely be back. Casa Terra is at the top of my list of 'Happy Places'!
