Dynamic Yoga at Casa Coba

Had a class today with Karina. The space is beautiful, with mirrors, lush plants and cooling fans. But my favourite part was meeting Karina. She is one of a kind! Her cues for form helped me better my practice. She also doesn’t adhere to one strict style of yoga, instead blending her practice to best suit her students. Her class is fun, playful and welcoming. I’m hooked!

Wow, the most incredible yoga space and the most amazing class. Karina was so warm & welcoming and her class was pure bliss, sweating and breathing out all that no longer serves you and breathing in so much wonderful energy from this beautiful yogi space and Karina herself. Could not recommend enough! Thank you 🙏❤️

Yesterday I had the most incredible yoga experience with Karina! She was kind, attentive, and supported me throughout the entire practice, making sure I was doing each pose with care and alignment. What really stood out to me is how yoga here isn’t just treated as a trendy or fashionable activity — it’s approached with authenticity and deep respect for the practice.
