Howler Carts

Came to Samara with friends this past week and rented two carts through Howler Carts. Troy was super easy to work with and was always very responsive through WhatsAp. Never had an issue with the carts and they were perfect to move around town. We plan to come back and will be using Howler Carts again.

Rented 2 golf carts from Howler Carts and it was the best idea of our two week vacation in Samara. The owner,Troy, was on top of his game. Clean carts delivered early and was always checking in on us to see how we and the carts were doing. Everything was perfect, start to finish! We even ended up fishing one day together. Cool dude. You won’t be disappointed if you rent a golf cart from Howler! Golf carts are perfect for getting around the village, and transporting groceries, and it’s really easy to find a place to park one at the beach. We rented two for our big family which included seniors and little ones. Troy’s personable and flexible approach made him a pleasure to deal with. His golf carts are the best we’ve ever rented in Samara. We would highly recommend.
