OCTOPUS TOUR

A really great tour, started well with good communication, pick up was on time just outside our property, good boat and snorkeling equipment. In the tour we had the opportunity to see several dolphins, a whale with baby and a sea turtle. Guide and captain were really good, and the generous offering of drinks and fresh fruit was the icing on the cake. After a very disappointing boat trip in Uvita, we were glad to go on this tour and leave a positive impression of Costa Rica, where misleading tour companies are an exception and not the norm. Thursday April 24 we had a fabulous dolphin tour with our family of 4. It was a perfect day. Floury was great to work with over Whatsapp. Rumel (spelling?) our guide, picked us up at our hotel at the assigned time. Easy trip to the boat with a a few other families. Once off, Nacho (boat driver) and Rumel took us out and after about an hour we came upon many dolphins. It was amazing! Stayed with them for 10-15 minutes then off to see another species. This time, many more dolphins and many leaping out of the water all around us. Even more spectacular. Once near shore, we anchored up and jumped from the boat, slid on the slide and played in the water. Quick fruit snack before heading back. None of our family get seasick (the boat is safe and very comfortable) and we had perfect weather (no clouds nor wind) plus great friendly guides who found us dolphins in the wild for us to observe which made for a perfect day. We saw whales and dolphins had a beautiful swim in the ocean .. so all in all a great tour with very friendly guides and delicious fruits and drinks. The contact via WhatsApp is super easy and our guide picked us ab at the air BnB. Definitely would do it again :)
