One of the more upscale-feeling stays in Sámara, with spacious, clean apartments, well-stocked kitchens, and a genuinely gorgeous pool area, all walkable to the beach, groceries, and restaurants. Staff are responsive and helpful, and there's a catamaran and dive school on offer. A couple of guests found the units simpler than the 'luxury' billing and noted road or mini-split noise, so pick your room with that in mind.

Cute little boutique hotel with a nice pool, in a convenient location, with a few serious misses in execution. The room took hours to cool down with the noisiest mini-splits I've ever heard! The noise made sleeping difficult, but turning them off was not an option. The bathroom was a complete fail! Skirting around the door & sink was tight & with the toilet being 2 or 3 inches from the glass shower door, you better be a lefty!
We stayed at Residentias for a week and the apartment and staff were wonderful. The unit was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook if you decide not to go to the excellent restaurants nearby. It's close to everything - beach, groceries, etc. Will definitely be back.
We just stayed at this property for four nights. This was our first visit to Samara. The property is clean and well kept. The staff is very responsive and helpful. The location is very convenient. Everything is walkable, the beach, many restaurants and grocery stores. This appeared to be one of the more upscale properties in the area. Their pool area was gorgeous. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Samara.
