Our experience at Bahia Restaurant was simply amazing. The food was exceptional. We especially loved the tuna tartar, ceviche, and mussels — everything was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality of the seafood. Each dish had the perfect balance of tropical freshness and bold flavor. The service was warm, attentive, and welcoming. The staff made us feel like home while still keeping everything professional and polished. If you’re in Samara, this is a must-visit spot for a memorable beachfront dining experience. We can’t wait to come back! 🌴✨

My wife and I have now been fortunate during several visits to Samara to dine at Bahia. The setting, - under the trees, near the beach - is beautiful and relaxing and the food and beverages have been delicious: Our favorites have been Garbanzo Curry with rice and salad and Grilled Tofu with rice and vegetables; Trinidad Sour, Gin and Tonic, and Pilsen and craft beers; and, for dessert, Crumble de Maracuya (Passion Fruit). We have been grateful especially for the friendliness, kindness, and helpfulness of the outstanding servers: Thank you, Claudia, Lorena, and Cesar!

Wonderful atmosphere and wonderful staff. Probably and just barley, the best food served at a beach front restaurant in Samara. Unfortunately that's not saying much. The food is very mediocre. Not well done at all. Food that poorly prepared would be much less expensive in the US. The wait times were usually long despite the restaurant not being full. But for the view and lovely service it's a nice place to be. There are much more affordable ocean view meals. The food is probably a little better but we don't think it's worth the extra cost or the long walk from downtown Samara. We would not recommend this place. For an excellent meal that's worth the money, visit Mar y fuego which is delicious cuisine expertly prepared. There are a large handful of other less expensive restaurants in Samara that also serve great food. If you want mediocre beach front food Sheriff's is closer and cheaper. If you do decide to try Bahia we recommend getting a reservation. Despite empty tables, you may not be able to sit at one or may be rushed out if you do not call ahead.
