Samara Rentals Property Management and Real Estate

We stayed in Samara for 6 weeks and had a wonderful experience with Samara Rentals. Their service was truly amazing — any time we needed something, they responded within 5–10 minutes, which made such a difference for a longer stay. The unit itself (Casa Encanto) had a few minor issues, but honestly, because of the team’s professionalism, kindness, and responsiveness, it was easy to overlook. They went above and beyond to help us settle in and really understand the community, often sending us information about local events and what was happening around town. Mauricio and Leonardo were both excellent communicators — friendly, reliable, and always helpful. A special shout-out as well to their cleaning staff, Stacy. She did an incredible job every time; the house looked absolutely brand new when she finished. Thank you to the entire team for making our time in Samara so comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciated everything you did.

These people are the best. Leo is so responsive and helpful with anything. Casa Oasis is awesome. They outfit the place so well making it very easy and joyous to enjoy Samara!

The place was amazing, it was perfect for a family, I really don’t have a bad thing to say. It was safe, clean and the pool / bbq area was incredible. The proximity to town and the 2 beaches was so good that we really didn’t need to do anything else but walk to the beach or the town each day. The folks at Samara rentals were responsive and helped with anything we needed. Would 100% return - it was great!
