THE INNER LIGHT YOGA LODGE

Our stay at Inner Light was absolutely amazing. We stayed for two nights, and from start to finish everything exceeded our expectations. The yoga flow the next morning was incredible; grounding, energizing, and deeply connective. I left feeling in tune with the earth, joyful, and so grateful. Breakfasts were a true highlight. Each morning was hearty, healthy, and beautifully varied. The fresh fruit was delightful, and the yogurt and granola were delicious—I was happily full every day! The pool and the grounds were meticulously kept, and our room felt so homey and comfortable. Everything about the space invited relaxation. Federica was an exceptional host, warm and attentive, and my partner and I already plan to come back again. We truly can’t wait!

I started seeing Federica in May for reiki. I have recently been seeing her on a near weekly basis. Our sessions together have brought clarity, and helped me to trust myself, feel grounded and at peace. She is very skilled. In our most recent session I felt that she was reading my thoughts, which I haven’t experienced before. I highly recommend reiki here. I hope to one day come back to Samara and maybe get training in reiki with Federica. She’s a special person ✨ 🌀

We really enjoyed our stay in Samara – the apartment was wonderful, the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The host also does yoga classes for those who want to join, which was a nice touch. We could easily extend our stay without any complications. Highly recommended.
