A full gym in the north of Santa Teresa built for visitors and locals alike: functional training classes with coaches who watch your form, top-end equipment, and an air-conditioned room for cardio. The recovery center is the real draw — two cold plunges, a sauna, and a warm plunge — plus a filtered water refill station. Week passes make it easy if you're only in town a few days.

We brought our group to Activo for a sauna and cold plunge session and it was an incredible experience. The facilities are top notch, and everything is clearly very well thought through. The organisation was seamless from start to finish. We’ll absolutely be back with more groups in the future. Thank you to the Activo team for having us.
ACTIVO is a great all round gym with the best teachers! The equipment is top of the range and the staff make sure everything is always clean. The seating area is comfortable and always has a cute dog!
I love the new activo location. The classes are amazing, but I also love the option of getting in cardio after my class in AC. Total game changer. And the recovery center is amazing. 2 cold plunges, a sauna and a warm plunge, it literally has everything you need. A filtered water fountain to refill your water bottle. Everyone’s friendly, willing to help and the coaches are incredible. They really care to help you with form, push you, and ensure you don’t get injured. I can’t recommend this place enough, whether you’re passing thru for a week or permanently live here, I highly recommend!
