A small complex of five apartments arranged around a refreshing pool, set just far enough off the main road to stay peaceful yet a three-minute walk from restaurants, surf, and a beach across the street. Guests describe clean, well-equipped units and a kind, helpful Italian owner, plus a yoga and massage area by the palm-shaded pool. Guests consistently call it good value for Santa Teresa, and a friendly resident dog rounds out the welcome.

I stayed here a week in February and found it a nice, peaceful spot—just far enough off the main road not to be loud and dusty, but still in a very convenient location to surfing and restaurants. My downstairs place had a nice layout, and all five of the units are right off of the pool. Also seemed like a good value for Santa Teresa.

The place is just excellent! Full equipped rooms, perfectly cleaned public areas and a yoga / massages area where you can relax and feel the amazing energy that surrounds the pool area full of tree palms and some other plants. Location is top with some of the best restaurants just 3 minutes walking and of course the beach just crossing the street. I couldn't asked for more and I must admit that the owner was very kind and helpful with his recommendations. I'll definitely come back :-)
