When we were here, a friend experienced a serious billing issue involving currency conversion and has had difficulty getting the matter resolved despite repeated contact attempts. Based on this experience, I would recommend carefully checking payment receipts and card charges.

This shop still owes me more than 4.600 USD as it took dollars and not Colones from me. Until this day, since January 2026: NO RESPONSE regarding the payback. Case: BOLT charged my account incorrectly in USD instead of the agreed currency Colones, which has resulted in a loss of $4667 USD instead of Colones from me. I have contacted BOLT multiple times regarding this matter and have not yet received a resolution. This is a significant amount of money, and the situation is still unresolved. I kindly ask you to respond and resolve this issue by the end of this week. If I do not receive a response or a concrete solution within this timeframe, I will have to consider taking legal action to recover the funds. UPDATE: And here we go - NO REFUND, NO FURTHER REACTION FROM THE SHOP AFTER THEY SAID THEY WILL CLARIFY EVERYTHING. SCAM! Please be careful. I lost 4.667 USD.

The smoothies and the coffee is delicious and the staff is very friendly 🤗 I recommend the iced protein coffee! Will be back!
