We stayed for a month and highly recommend it!! They sort everything out, there's a great atmosphere, they don't have any problems with anything, and it's super safe.

The location of the cabins is very good, one block from the beach, two supermarkets, and a few places to eat. You enter via a dirt road where there's a laundromat across the street. There are two or three private houses on the property in addition to the cabins. The exterior is quite neglected, which isn't a problem except for the fact that it smells very, very bad. It smells of stagnant water and sewage, making it unpleasant to spend time at the outdoor tables. The cabins themselves are quite nice, but it seems to depend a lot on which one you get. We had a very good induction cooktop, a good sink, a refrigerator, and dishes. But our neighbors, for example, didn't have gas for several days (they had a gas stove with a propane tank) and had hardly any dishes. The air conditioning is good, but our main problem was the bathroom. For the first week, there was no hot water until they came to properly install the shower. After that, we had endless problems with the toilet, which was constantly clogged. Air bubbles were constantly coming out of the toilet, and it would clog even when we weren't using it. It was a nightmare getting help with this problem because they kept saying we must have spilled something or done something wrong. This was a constant issue. It got to the point where one night the toilet overflowed all over the floor. We called the owner, who, without offering any solutions, hung up on us and didn't propose any fix or even come to check if it was overflowing until the next day. All they did was come occasionally and plunge the toilet (something we were doing seven times a day) until it unclogged. The toilet would stay unclogged for about two hours, and then the cycle would start all over again. They never called a plumber specifically. The man who helped with the cubicles, named Pablo, was incredibly kind and the only one who genuinely wanted to listen to us and help. They kept telling us this problem was extremely rare because that bathroom, and none of the other stalls, had ever had any issues, and they basically ignored us under that excuse. Talking to neighbors, we learned that at least two of them had the same problems, or even more. One of them also had a bathroom sink that was leaking a ton of water, and the proposed solution was to drill a hole in the wall so the water would drain outside…
