A clean, modern guesthouse that regulars call the best deal in Santa Teresa — a three-minute walk to a supermarket and restaurants and about five to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped, the A/C works well, and the beds are comfortable, with shared spaces guests describe as calm and respectful. The hosts get warm mentions (Flor in particular), and the overall feel is friendly and easygoing.

We stayed here over New Year as a group of four friends and had a great experience. The location is excellent, the place is clean and modern, and the kitchen is well equipped. Highly recommended!
Best place for accomodation! Super nice and friendly hosts, nice quite and clean location, 3 mins to the beach. There was no better deal and there never will be.
Its a nice house 5 minute walk from the beach and a 3 minute walk to a supermarket and some restaurants. We rented room 5, the room was clean and beds comfortable. The host, Flor, was super nice and funny and all other guest with whom we shared kitchen, common areas and bathrooms where nice and respectful. Overall had a great stay
