Central Gym Santa Teresa

Best gym in ST. Air conditioning, lots of machines and equipment, very clean, open late. I appreciate that cold plunge and sauna are included!

i was happy to find this gym during my time in santa teresa. loved it! great equipment and friendly stuff.

Super nice gym! Got all the equipment you need, sauna and cold plunge. But the music is extremely loud, which is not nice.
