DELMAR is a one-stop surf shop in the heart of Santa Teresa — rentals, coaching, all levels — and the instruction is what earns the loyalty. Owner Vladimir and instructor Edward are the names that recur: patient, calm, and good at reading which waves are worth chasing, taking beginners from the white water on day one to real point-break green waves by the end. People arrive with zero experience and leave surfing on their own.

A great experience with very professional local people. I spent two weeks in Santa Teresa and I can say that I now know how to surf on my own. I had several lessons with the owner (Vladimir) and another instructor (Edward), who were key and exactly what I needed to be able to get started by myself. Highly recommended and Super Top ppl.
DELMAR is a one-stop shop for everything you need—surf rentals, coaching, or just a good time in the water. Conveniently located in the heart of town, the shop has everything covered. The surf coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and work with all levels, from complete beginners to advanced surfers. Highly recommend DELMAR! 🫶🏼
I really recommend to get surf lessons at DelMar surf school! The surf instructors were great and I improved my surfing each time I had a lesson. Great communication and easy to book lessons. Had an amazing time!
