DFI Surf Training

Valentín is an excellent coach I am loving his method. In just two months of training with DFI surf Training, my back and neck pain completely disappeared, and I can already feel a big difference in my strength when paddling, duck diving and my day to day tasks. The groups are small which is perfect for personalized care and attention to what your body is going through. His method truly works, and I’m excited to keep improving in the months ahead. Beyond his amazing technical skills, Valentín is friendly, motivating, and makes every class enjoyable. He creates a great atmosphere and attracts people with really positive energy, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend training with him!

I started the training six weeks ago with the goal of getting stronger and improving my posture. Now, six weeks later, I’m pain-free, which is incredible, considering I’ve had knee issues for most of my life. I can now do exercises without any knee pain. I also feel much more confident and powerful in my surfing, especially with paddling. This training is helping me build strength, gain confidence, and most importantly — live without pain. I’ll definitely keep going and can highly recommend it. Valentine is an amazing coach!
