Hotel Horizon Yoga Santa Teresa

Hotel Horizon Yoga offers sunset yoga! If you are in Santa Teresa it is an absolute must. The studio is set up on the hill, so you get a full view of the beach and the sunset stretching across the entire coastline. It was honestly so beautiful that I didn’t want to close my eyes during class because I didn’t want to miss the view. The whole experience felt incredibly peaceful and grounding. Easily one of the most serene yoga classes I’ve ever done. Highly recommend, even if you only come for a single sunset session make it part of your trip.

The view from the yoga shala overlooking the ocean is amazing and the instructors are just as amazing. So far I have taken Vinyasa with Joelle and FusionFlow with Yoav and there were very well-structured, engaging, and uplifting. Each class felt thoughtfully guided, with just the right mix of challenge and relaxation. I highly recommend Horizon Yoga if you’re in Santa Teresa!

I dropped into a yoga class while staying in Santa Teresa and really enjoyed it!! Great morning class led by Isabel, she was the perfect combination of pushing our limits in vinysa flow but with thoughtful instruction. The view from the deck is amazing, with an ocean breeze. Thanks Isabel!
