Koba Village feels less like a room and more like a fully equipped home — kitchen, fridge, soft mattresses — set around a garden pool you can slip into at night. It's right in central Santa Teresa, about 30 meters from the main avenue and close to a good surf break, yet still quiet and peaceful. Hosts Stefano and Rocio pay attention to the details and get requests handled fast. Guests flag the value.

Such a perfect spot to stay in Santa Teresa! Close to everything, but still peaceful and quiet. The hosts are super kind and always happy to help. The rooms feel like a proper, fully equipped home, and the garden has an amazing pool
Had a great stay here! Stefano was very attentive and always got us what we requested quickly!! The location of the building was perfect, close to a great Surf Break and the town. It was a bonus having the pool and being able to jump in first thing in the morning! I wish there was more lounge areas in the house and outside
