Dined at Kooks and had a fantastic experience. The warm atmosphere, enhanced by an open concept bar made for a perfect day out. Ordered the brisket and taco's, which were tender, flavorful, and paired with delicious sides. The staff was friendly and attentive without being intrusive.
We came here for the smoked meat and had ribs and pulled tacos. The tacos were delicious but the ribs were a little chewy, not the fall-off-the-bone kind we were looking for. BUT we still had a wonderful time and our server, Julie, was fantastic. She made everything about the experience so great. I’m sure if we had told her about the ribs she would’ve helped to fix it but we were just so hungry!, We will definitely return and try again. The atmosphere was great and the service awesome. Thank you again Julie for making our night!
This location has a fun atmosphere especially if you like live music. The upstairs has some pool tables and other games so it has a wide variety of options. Definitely a party vibe. I had the ribeye, it was good but not great. If you want bar food and high energy, this is a good place. Very friendly staff.
