About
La Posada is about as close to the Santa Teresa surf as a hostel gets — a three-minute walk to the beach. Breakfast is included (people call out the pancakes), and there's always a social event running, which is why guests who plan three nights end up staying eight. The staff and the people you meet are the reason travelers come back years later.

Honestly the best place ever. The staff are incredible and friendly and so so kind. There’s always social events going on and tbh they make the hostel as unreal as it is. Shout out to you all ❤️ they were also super helpful when I had some issues with people in my room and helped me immediately find another. Only suggestion would be the bathroom could be cleaned a bit earlier in the day but other than that it’s epic and it’s also comfortable!
I had the most unforgettable stays at La Posada when I was in Santa Teresa. It has been 5 years already and it feels like it was yesterday. The placement is the closest to the beach you can be, the breakfast is always tasty and the staff and people are the ones that make you come back ☺️ I hope I can come back... love from France 🌿
I didn’t get a chance to stay at the hostel, as I had to cancel my reservation, but my experience with the staff was excellent. They were exceptionally friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout the booking and cancellation process. Based on their communication alone, I’d be happy to stay here in the future.
